[Lowfer] Lowfers in NE IL

I also took a look for lowfer JH and found it coming in fine via ARGO at
QRSS60. Moved on then to check out lowfer SJ on its new frequency and it
was also coming through well. Next check was for old reliable EAR
sending QRSS30 at about 188.8308 kHz. Didn't save a watering hole
capture but lowfers WM and SIW were fine in the dead of night. However,
this morning I see no sign of WM so something is amiss.
