[Lowfer] more TACAMO activity tonight

Very busy night for VLF Tacamo transmissions. Activity on 17.8 kHz right 
now (0153Z) and earlier various bandwidth signals were also on 29.4 kHz. 
Sometimes both frequencies were active. Have seldom seen that in the past.

Other VLF sources have been plentiful tonight as well. Don't see Italy 
on 45.9 kHz, and  France on 65.8 kHz all that often.
