Alas, I appear to be the victim of a break-in. On going downstairs this 
morning, I found a broken window and a large owl. The bird had a message 
for some person named Potter, and being frustrated, started tearing into 
the radio equipment. The resulting tangle of long-unused equipment and 
wires may have resulted in the transmission of a radio signal.

The owl has now been released from captivity, winging off in pursuit of 
a friend in Phoenix (or something like that). The wiring is untangled, 
and all is well. My apologies for the disturbance.
