[Lowfer] Lowfers last night

Started looking at the watering hole and found traces of lowfer 7P 
already coming through by 0400Z. Lowfer SJ had just fired up and was 
doing a ragged upward dance in frequency that never did really settle 
down. Nearby lowfer WM was generally strong but occasionally exhibited 
multipath cancellation.  Next, switched frequency to look for lowfer TAG 
sending wolf-10. I've had decoding problems due to an unwanted steady 
carrier up only 2 Hz in frequency. Nonetheless, some weak decodes came 
through:

Finally, lowfer JH was tuned in with ARGO at QRSS60. At 0820Z "J" and 2 
dits appeared at about 181819.7 Hz, noticeably higher than it had been.  
Nothing was seen at that frequency afterwards and in less than an hour 
JH appeared in and out of the noise at 181818.1 Hz, the "normal" frequency.

518 kHz Navtex was monitored with a separate receiver and a message from 
station $4T, Iqaluit, NU, Canada was decoded. Haven't seen that one for 
quite awhile.
