Hi JB:
Did you happen to notice WOLF locking on a specific frequency several times? On my setup, the Osc. is off a little and TAG shows up ( depending on offset ) at f: 0.039 , it locked numerous times here, but the signal never rose enough for a decode.

No luck here either, Andy, even after sorting out my frequency
confusion and syncing the PC’s clock which was out a minute!
