[Lowfer] 185.304 UID

I have recently been monitoring the watering hole overnight seeing
what I thought might be a lowfer beacon.   But I now see the signal
must be local as it is still there at midmorning.  Every other
sequence starts with about a 60 second carrier at 185.3043 then about
a 10 minute slightly unstable signal 0.5 Hz higher.

I assume no one else is seeing this signal?
