 so that I can have a look for TAG. What USB dial frequency should I have the receiver tuned to, and
what bandwidth do I need to use?

You can use any offset you like, you simply tell WOLF where to look in the WOLF Config settings.
As Bill mentioned; he uses an 800 Hz offset. Last night, I used a 2120 Hz offset and got a few decodes
along with ( as John - TAG ) says, a lot of monkeys banging on their keyboards producing the 
random characters. Receiver Bandwidth is your personal preference, I have used Wide Open IF's at
6 KHz BW and decoded with no problems. Other than narrow CW, the typical 2.5 KHz SSB filter works.
