I had a SV1AFN push-pull J310 preamp outside near the NW EWE antenna used forreception along with a 500 kHz lpf to tame the local AM BC stations for this reception.  I'm curious to see if it helps overcome the common mode noise in my environment.  The 150ft of RG6-QS cable loss is not very significant at LF, especially compared to average atmospheric noise.
