If that is the case I hope it has been reported to the developers so
that they can hopefully fix it! I hope it isn't WSPRnet itself that is
responsible, as that would be harder to get fixed. For some who like to
monitor certain other modes along with FST4(W) it is important to be
able to maintain the 474.2 (or 136.0) dial frequency.

Actually you don't need to do it from a command window. You can create a
desktop shortcut for each instance and add the --rig-name parameter in
the shortcut properties. That is what I do, and all of those shortcuts
are also pinned to the Windows 10 task bar for convenience.
