TACAMO has been active recently on 17.8, 22.7, and 27.2 kHz, but not
knowing exactly when the transmissions start it's difficult to have RTTY
software ready to decode the initial signals. Finally decided to launch
MMTTY and MultiPSK in advance on 2 different setups, one tuned to 17.8
kHz and the other tuned to 27.2 kHz. The former paid off earlier today
with the following RTTY decodes:

This was using MultiPSK 4.31.4 set for 50 baud, Mark/Space 957/1042 (85
Hz shift), reverse reception. MMTTY using a 50 Hz shift rather than 85
Hz produced no decodes. The signal wasn't strong, as evidenced by the
numerous decoding errors, but it was strong enough something should have
resulted. One of these days I'll be present when the RTTY appears and
will try 85 Hz shift for MMTTY to see if that works.
