[Lowfer] WSPR stations heard

My testing on 630M overnight produced some results.  Apparently I can't have Slow JT9
and WSPR-X operating simultaneously.  The latter worked OK, but Slow JT9 locked up.

The stations heard on WSPR in chronological order were AE2EA, WB3AVN, WA9CGZ,
KB8U, W7XU, NV4X, W3TS, and WD8DAS.  Although I had enabled spotting to the
PSK reporter web site, it apparently didn't do so, hence this reception report.
