[Lowfer] Alaska and more 518 kHz Navtex decodes

Good signals over night here on 518 kHz with decodes from area 4 
stations: B,C,E,F,G,H,I,M,N,P,R,T, U, and X and area 12 stations: J,Q, 
and W. Area 4 station A was conspicuously absent, allowing Bermuda to 
come through well. Many decodes from Greenland stations I and M, Kodiak 
Alaska station J, and also even one from T in Iqaluit. Area 12 station 
C  in California didn't decode, perhaps because it was covered up by 
overly long transmissions from Bermuda.
