[Lowfer] WM and SIW in Friendsville, TN.

Hi all:

A fabulous lowFER night here and helped along by the Cold front that dropped 3 inches of snow on my area overnight.
That quitened down the powerlines " tremendously " - my usual S-meter reading is 5 to 10dB over S-9 on my 630 meter 
TX antenna, and this morning it was resting at S-8 and not hearing any powerline buzz... A first for me, is seeing " WM " 
until the time of this email ( 1 pm EST ) , quite fascinating for me... hi - hi. A nice signal seen overnight and easy to see
graphic portion of the " WM " signal.

I received 10 - OP32 decodes of the " SIW " signal on 185.185 KHz, and 8 - WSPR15 decodes.
