[Lowfer] SIW EbNaut ... amazing!

I'm still amazed at the results from SIW last night.

IW4DXW's frequency is as announced ... zero offset. As far as timing goes, I've found that his delay is not actually zero ... 0.1 seconds is more like it ... plus the 4/sample rate and file start time/TX start time as you noted.

Hi Jay,

Glad the lowfer survived a frigid night. It was down to -19 deg F here
and the lowfer 23 miles away might have been even colder. Interestingly
I decoded VO1NA a few times in the evening and that signal was weaker
than normal. But Joe indicated he was using the LF antenna for 160 mtrs
so that was probably why.

IW4DXW started out early with EbNaut (I think). I certainly saw a weak
spread of what I took to be modulation on 137.545 kHz. But I don't think
he ever sent just a carrier, but rather switched to DFCW. By the time I
set up for that it was too late to notice any signal on ARGO at QRSS60.
I know you've decoded his EbNaut signal previously. Wonder if his
frequency was exactly 137.545 kHz or offset somewhat? And from his "no
time delay" comment I assume I should leave off 0.3 seconds in the
standard formula and just use 4/sample rate plus any difference between
RX file start and intended TX start times.
