[Lowfer] TH now on 187.507 kHz

Hi all:

Tried " TH " on the new frequency tonite.. I caught the signal on a nice rise above the noise floor and recorded
a full transmission sequence.. I sent files to Carl direct.. I speeded up the QRSS-3 file to a nice slow CW speed
which can be heard at the dropbox link below: Distance from KU4XR is 188 miles...
