[Lowfer] TH now on 187.507 kHz

Carl has moved TH to 187.507 kHz.  He has plans to transmit some digital
modes on that frequency but for now he is still sending at a QRSS3 speed.
He has made some improvements to the antenna which are noticeable here
about 100 miles away.

Carl, W2AZQ, frequents 60M CH1 or 2 around 10 a.m. ET and 1900 kHz at 12:30
p.m. ET during our 1900 kHz midday propagation test.  We often have
contacts at 500+ miles and occasionally over 800 miles.
