[Lowfer] Something on 133.185 kHz ?

Thanks to everyone for input on this. It is being heard in North
America and Europe so it is obviously a high powered transmitter.
Probably CFH although the frequency and modulation type is not
something I formerly associated with that station. Anyway it's not
some local device gone crazy, so I don't have to think about finding
it. :)
