[Lowfer] TH now on 187.507 kHz

Since propagation was pretty good last night took a look for lowfer TH 
on the new frequency. At 1072 km with rate QRSS3 didn't expect much but 
turned out a number of "TH" sequences came through. Will be interesting 
to see how digital modulations turn out in the future.
