[Lowfer] 19.125 kHz

Noticed the past day or two there's an MSK signal at about 19.125 kHz. (It's not VTX4 India at 14.200 kHz as I'm familiar with that station and have received it in the past). This is a new one for me ... which doesn't happen too often. DF6NM / DL0AO grabbers show it quite strong and to the west of their location. Northern France or southern England perhaps? Any info would be appreciated.
