[Lowfer] Watering hole lowfers

Copied SJ, WM, and SIW last night around 185.3 kHz. SJ was very marginal 
at the time of the attached capture but improved to solid copy later. 
Not sure if it was still drifting downward then.

Mike, yes, I doubt that spur signal above WM was really from WM. Hadn't 
seen it before and haven't seen it since. It was strange in that it was 
so stable in frequency, not like the local qrm neighbors generate.
