[Lowfer] WSPR Tonight, 630 & 2200

Was monitoring the day/night transition of WH2XND and XXP on 2200 m, and
they were joined by N1BUG shortly after our sunset at 0000 UTC. Spots
uploaded to WSPRnet.

Turning my attention to 630 m later, I started out with these decodes:

Will continue monitoring the Goth Band overnight...first time I've done
that since the ham allocation went into effect.  (I've decided to start
calling it that because, unlike when Part 5 stations were active there,
630 no longer seems to have any "day dwellers" hanging around any more.)
