[Lowfer] Lowfer WM and more

LF reception is definitely perking up here as fall approaches. Attached 
is a screen capture of lowfer WM at the watering hole. Nice to see NPM 
on 21.4 kHz again after presumably going QRT for hurricane Lane. K9FD in 
Hawaii has also begun decoding on 474.2 kHz WSPR-2. And the Miraflores, 
Panama DGPS station on 302 kHz is decoding again too.
