Tom, Spectrum Lab V2.93 should specify the action "wave.record" under
Scheduled Actions. That will save the FFT information in .wav files
beginning at the specified times. If you look at Options -> Wave file
settings you should choose the Source as Decimated FFT input, Mode as
Create a sequence of files, and Name something like
EbNaut_<YYYYMMDD_hhmmss>.wav. The files will be written into the
directory where the Spectrum Lab executable resides and can be chosen as
inputs for ebnaut-rx.exe.

A good source of information on how to set up Spectrum Lab is at
https://www.qsl.net/dl4yhf/speclab/EbNaut_Rcvr.htm. Make sure your
receive setup is GPS-stable. I've found that sdr-iq reception can work
with a GPS-referenced external clock and virtual audio cable even though
the soundcard sampling rate just uses the typical PC crystal oscillator.
But it's best to use a GPS-stable receiver/demodulator or downconverter
that outputs audio at under the Nyquist rate (<24 kHz for 48 kbps
sampling, etc.). That way the signal can be input to one side of PC
line-in while 1pps GPS timing pulses to correct for sampling rate
variation go to the other side of PC line-in.

If you're still having trouble send me an email and I'll try to help.
