[Lowfer] Lowfer SIW sending EbNaut on 185.185... kHz

Hi Garry:

I have Spectrum Lab V2.93 and EbNaut 0.7 installed.  Having problem 
setting up the file in EbNaut.  What filename do I use? Thanks,
