[Lowfer] SDR Play

I've been using one for a while. I generally use SDRuno to run the 
receiver, and then any of the regular DSP programs (Argo, WSJT-X, etc). 
But in between, you need to be running VB-Cable, and change the SDRuno 
output setting to send to it. Then Argo (or whatever) needs to be set to 
take audio from VB-Cable. See:
