[Lowfer] late day SIW

Garry & All:  First day time SIW capture here this season.  I briefly tried running the NW and SW EWEs in phase to see if it would help capture both SIW and WM, but it did not seem to capture either,


so I used the NW EWE for this late afternoon capture.  Perhaps some slight WM traces as well....
