[Lowfer] Lowfers WM, SIW, and EAR

Local lowfers WM and SIW at the watering hole and EAR higher up are 
coming through nicely here as usual. Last couple of nights had excellent 
conditions for 474.2 kHz WSPR with decodes from Europe, Central America, 
Hawaii, and Alaska. Missed VK4YB here but no doubt others got that one 
too. 518 kHz Navtex RTTY coming in well from Greenland, the West Coast, 
and Alaska but as usual one of the local stations is not shutting down 
correctly and QRMing some potential DX.
