[Lowfer] 137 TX

I am working on getting at least a new receiving loop going at the location
I moved to a couple years ago. I've been without any antennas at all until
I recently put up a multiband vertical. Now assembling an LF receiving
loop, 5 feet on a side. I hope it works well.
