Good Day All:

Storm systems last night made LF reception very difficult. I looked for the 
2 EU station on 136.172 and 136.173 KHz with no joy.. I checked the WSPR
activity list, and decided to leave it on WSPR for the rest of the night. Reception
of WH2XND, WH2XXP, and KA9OKH .. I was seeing what almost appeared to be 
a QRSS Signal in the WSPR waterfall .. Figured it was just some noise maker
somewhere in the community causing a carrier line .. Buuuuut, it was too 
repetitious, and my curiousity got to me, so, I open ARGO, and set it on the 
frequency I was seeing.. The link below shows what I, and probably others saw:
