[Lowfer] DFCW

[N1BUG]

Actually what I said is not currently correct. I am still struggling
to understand setup of the exciter I am using. It is leaving long
gaps and only transmitting the message once per hour. The manual is
very unclear about all of this and I am trying to figure out DFCW
timing on the QRP Labs Ultimate 3S.
