In your capt968.jpg, I can see Russian FSK (75 Hz shift) on 18.1, France 
on 18.3, UK on 19.575, Australia on 19.8, Italy (USN) on 20.27, France 
on 20.9, NPM (Hawaii) on 21.4, UK on 22.1, NAA (Cutler ME) on 24.0, NLK 
(Jim creek, WA) on 24.8,  La Moure, ND (USN) on 25.2, and Israel on 
29.7.  I am surprised how well you received the 29.7.   And off course 
the TACAMO was again using 17.8.  I am also surprised the German on 23.4 
appears off.  It is alo interesting that all signals appeard to get 
better after roughly 00:00:00+-00:00:30.
