They often stage out of Patuxent River NAS in MD or just pass close.  I 
watch 321 and 323.8 MHz for their airborne announcement EAM.  17.8 kHz 
is one of their regular VLF frequencies.

My heaviest is my R-9500 (40 lb "2-man lift") but the hernia villain was 
a box stuffed completely full of short cables with connectors.
