[Lowfer] Thanks for the WSPR reports

[N1BUG]

Thanks to all who monitored 137 kHz WSPR during the past two nights
despite summer static. The W1VD kilowatt deck has performed
flawlessly at the quarter kW level. Next tests I hope will be in
some weeks with 3 dB more power.
