[Lowfer] Thanks for the 2200m reports

Thanks to all who listened and provided reports on my WSPR test. I
was pleasantly surprised to find DL0AO was able to decode me!

I have now stopped transmitting. Today I will put the covers on the
amplifier and power supply, finish labeling them, and get the power
supply mounted in a rack.

The amplifier seems very happy running at a power level sufficient
to reach the amateur radio EIRP limit in mid summer. In winter it
will take less power since antenna loss resistance decreases. Of
course this was a low duty cycle test, but also without the fans.

I look forward to a fun winter beaconing and making QSOs on several
modes. But first, I must make some more receiving antennas!
