[Lowfer] 630 meter CW Beacon today

Hi Andy,
No copy until sometime at or after dusk, then I started to hear a cw
beacon on 476.51 on both my Kiwi and the Indiana Kiwi. My cw skills are
not real good, and I am trying to decode this to make sure it is you. So
far I don't have a positive ID. I put an mp3 file of the signal on
dropbox.

At 10:27 pm I no longer am copying the signal.
