Steve and Mark, thanks for your interest.  Years ago, I would be the 
one asking for them, and it is nice there is still interest. This is 
part of my estate sale while I'm still in good health.  I have seen 
too much "stuff" going to the dumpster, especially paperwork.

Steve was first by 11 minutes, so he is the recipient.  Should there 
be dups, Mark is the next choice.
I'm continuing to check, and the stack is now closer to two 
feet.  Steve; It will probably will be a few days before I finish, 
and will contact you again after the 4th.
