[Lowfer] SIW in TN 1-31-18

Hi all:

Propagation was not good here last night.. it was very noisy, and lots of static crashes coming from somewhere,
SIW peaked around 07:00 UTC, and faded out at 08:30 UTC, and I did not see the signal the rest of the night.
No sign of WM so he must have been off the air last night..
