[Lowfer] VLF 40.0Khz JJY this morning

40 kHz JJY is generally good here during winter, sometimes heard 24 
hours when conditions are decent and static isn' bad. It sends the brief 
"JJY JJY" CW ident at 40 seconds past the 15 and 45 minutes.
