Thank to Markus for pointing out the 4 cycle SpecLab latency ... with that I 
was able to improve the W4DEX decode from the other night to Eb/N0 5.9.

Unfortunately a number of power outages and 'flickers' last night (0 deg F with 
high winds here) prevented orderly file creation. Hope W4DEX and VO1NA are 
planning more transmissions in the near future. File creation duties have been 
moved to a more reliable setup.
