[Lowfer] Watering Hole Lowfers - end of year (SIW, WM, EAR)

Mike,
A delayed thanks for the screen capture. It has left  me wondering about 
the possibilities of having equal signals for WM and SIW or any other 
station. With all of the variables that could impact received signal 
strength I'm wondering how often this could happen? Is this a one off 
situation?  Has this happened before?  Interesting.
