Interesting Graham !! No doubt; Garry - K3SIW would be beyond surprised if his lowFER signal jumped the big pond..
FYI .. His transmissions with WSPR-15 , QRSS-25 , OPERA OP-32 ( in that sequence ) , are done on Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday .. on 185.185 KHz ( carrier frequency ) .. The switch time is 18:00 UTC .. The other
days, his TX in on 185.299.3 KHz , alternating between QRSS-30 & QRSS-60

 Gary G4WGT has  set  up a  grabber  on frequency , looking to see  if  can get a
  pixel or  two , from the  op32  and  qrss transmission,  may take a  week  or  two , never  know ..
