[Lowfer] Lowfer watering hole

Garry;

You caught me in the act again! Yes I took WM down for a short time 
while I did some Receiver/Antenna testing.  I had it on the lowfer band 
and noticed I was receiving something. Turned out to be SIW.

WM should be back on now, I might interrupt it again over the next 
couple days for some more before/after tests.
