David,
I don't think there is a list per se. Trees surely don't help but
they don't seem to be deal breakers. I use a 90 foot vertical with 3
x 100 foot top load wires spaced 5 feet apart. It is supported
between two grounded towers and there are plenty of trees around. I
don't have any trees directly under the top hat which may help. I
think I'm doing quite well with 150 watts output. My EIRP calculates
to 0.5 watt, not accounting for tree influence.
