[Lowfer] 2200m QSO Stations List - Revised

Hi folks,

After considering all suggestions received, I decided to modify the 
list. It now has three categories: at least one QSO completed, QSO 
capable, and building with intent to be QSO capable.

I will include information obtained from third parties. If you work 
a new station, know of a QSO which has taken place, or know of 
someone who is QSO capable or building, please send me whatever 
information you have. THIS LIST WILL ONLY BE AS GOOD AS THE SUPPORT 
RECEIVED FROM THE 2200 METER COMMUNITY. I will keep an ear to the 
ground but I cannot know everything without your help!

I am always open to suggestions for improvement.
