Sometimes Israel switches to 26.0 kHz for a bit so you might want to
watch for that. The aerial can be seen in Google maps.
Their data (100 BD 50 Hz shift MSK)is interesting. Note that if you
group the right way, you can see that every 20th bit is a 1 (or a 0 if
you switch the polarity).
And each set of 20 bits has even parity!
