Dex, yes, indeed those are TACAMO transmissions on 17.8 kHz, one of 
several frequencies used. Haven't looked closely around 20 kHz for 
awhile so nice to see they're still active.

Nice signal strength graphs too. Here, I see 19.8 kHz, NWC in Australia 
peak around local sunset but never paid attention to the big 3 US 
sources and what their strengths are doing at that time.
