[Lowfer] Transmitting 2200m WSPR

[N1BUG]

I have returned to the band after loading coil modifications and 
construction of a new (but still temporary) amplifier. I am 
currently testing these changes on WSPR. Reports appreciated (upload 
to WSPRnet is sufficient). My signal should be at least 6 dB 
stronger than before, so if you couldn't hear me a few weeks ago you 
might be able to now.

I do have a CW ID on the end of each transmission.
