Subject: [Lowfer] " TEST " CW on 136.745 KHz

Hi all:

While testing my receive of JT9-5 on 136 KHz, I kept hearing what sounded like slow CW buried in the noise..
With ARGO, I determined the frequency to be 136.745 KHz.. The signal was on during the 00:00 UTC hour for sure.
It started a sequence with " test test test " ( figured out after several sequences ), after that, the signal was being
obliterated by storm static.. I could make out what seemed to be a call containing " 2S " , several O's, A's, and T's.
The signal disappeared after 01:00 UTC. It will be interesting if I catch this signal again on a night that doesn't
have 40 over S-9 static crashes..
