[Lowfer] N1BUG old JT9 decodes

Hello Paul & Group,

A full night of decodes of the JT9-1 mode from N1BUG, with the first being at 1702 UTC Monday
and the last being at 1356 UTC Tuesday.  I used my AMRAD active whip and an older version of
the WSJT-X software.  The dB values were between -25 and -9 through the evening and night.
