[Lowfer] Testing complete on 2200m

Likewise here on the noise.

I had configured an instance of Spectrum Lab to look for your signal
and somehow WSPR-X managed to run overnight without crashing (quite
unusual) but nothing seen or decoded through the extreme noise.
